Ticket Purchases

§ Ticket purchases are non-refundable, in compliance with Polish consumer protection laws.

§ Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the recipient of the ticket

§ Any complaint about your conduct may result in a permanent ban from future events without a refund.

§ The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at our events. Any attendee found in possession of or using drugs will be immediately asked to leave.

§ We encourage responsible alcohol consumption. However, if you are deemed excessively intoxicated and your behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to yourself or others, you will be asked to leave the event.

§ Venues are subject to change or cancellation. In case of cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a refund.
